# Vidext Pricing

## Environment note

`https://io-test.vidext.com` is an internal Vidext environment, not offered to customers or integrators. Use production: https://app.vidext.com.

## Plans

- **Free** — a one-time trial of tokens that starts when the organization is created and never renews. Once the trial ends, or its tokens are used up, nothing new can be created until the organization chooses a paid plan.
- **Paid plans** — tokens every month, paid monthly, or a whole year's tokens at once, paid yearly. Tokens left unused at the end of a period do not carry over. Prices do not include VAT.
- **Token packs** — bought on a paid plan and used once the plan's tokens run out. They never expire and are kept when the plan changes or is cancelled.

No plan caps how many teams, modules, or members per team an organization has.

## What draws tokens

Building content in Home draws tokens: chatting with Vidext's agents, crafting modules, research, writing screens, pictures, voice, presenter video, reading the sources added, and dictation. Each step is priced by what it used, and a step that fails is not charged. Learners asking the AI tutor do not draw tokens yet.

## Managing the plan

- Billing is per organization, and only organization admins manage it: the plan, payment method, invoices, and cancellation in Settings → Billing, where the plan choice shows each plan's price and tokens; token use and token packs in Settings → Usage.
